With 27 years of experience in small molecule drug discovery across big pharma, biotech, and academia, Lee serves as the Director of Medicinal Chemistry at SEED. He currently focuses on the medicinal chemistry efforts and advancement of SEED´s internal drug discovery programs.
He is an inventor in 27 patents and patent applications and has authored 40 peer-reviewed publications, presentations and 2 book chapters. Lee was part of the teams that produced RO5068760 and RO5305552, compounds that advanced to clinical trials.
Prior to SEED, Lee served as Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry at PsychoGenics, Senior Principal Investigator at Eternity Bioscience, Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh and Senior Principal Scientist at Roche Pharmaceuticals.
